Filing Guardian
Before you list

Your calendar before you list

Pick the day you plan to list and your financial year end. Filing Guardian shows every deadline the company will face from its first day as a listed issuer, and the day trading could be suspended if one is missed. It covers the Main Market, the Junior Market (Tier 1) and the Micro Market (Junior Market Tier 2). Nothing is stored; this runs in your browser.

The company you are taking to market

The month your accounting year closes. Deadlines count from the last day of this month. Your accountant will know.
A Q4 report is due within 45 days, like any other quarter. Skipping it brings the audited accounts forward to 60 days after year end, instead of 90. You make this choice after listing; the rule book calls it an election. Not decided yet? The calendar below assumes yes, so print it both ways before anyone plans against a date.
